CB’s Saltwater Outfitters Orvis-Endorsed Fly Fishing Schools-Sat Jan 10, Feb 7, Mar 7 & Apr 11, 2026
CB’s Saltwater Outfitters, 1249 Stickney Point Rd, Sarasota, FL will hold Orvis-Endorsed fly fishing schools on Sat Jan 10, Feb 7, Mar 7 & Apr 11, 2026. Instructor, Capt. Rick Grassett, will cover basic fly casting principles, saltwater fly fishing techniques, fly selection, leader construction and wind casting. Cost for the class, which will run from 8 AM to approximately noon, is $225 per person and includes the use of fly tackle and a workbook. Optional instructional guided fly fishing trips are also available for an additional fee. Contact CB’s Saltwater Outfitters at (941) 349-4400 to make reservations.
Private fly casting (land based, casting on grass or a lake) and/or fishing instruction (tackle rigging, etc)-$100/hr or $150/hr for 2-students
